The first three courses schedule and form of study are traditional, theoretical classes are held mainly in modern classrooms provided by the Energia Corporation, and a laboratory workshop on basic disciplines is held in the laboratories of the departments of the main building of the university. At the senior courses, training takes place at the basic enterprise, where students undergo continuous scientific and industrial practice, studying modern equipment and technologies, completing course and diploma projects on real problem topics and under the guidance of major world-class specialists. The form of training is full–time, full-time, state-funded with continuous scientific and production practice at the base enterprise and the implementation of course and diploma projects on real problems of the industry in the workforce with payment based on results.
