Foreign students received their degrees

“We are the champions!” sang the students of the Faculty of International Educational Programs at the end of the graduation day concert. It had opened the graduation ceremony which was held on July 4 at the BMSTU Palace of Culture. The degrees were conferred on 170 new graduates (63 of them received honors degrees) from 21 countries. Nowadays students from 55 countries get education at BMSTU.

After the degree conferment the Dean of the Faculty of International Educational Programs of BMSTU, Alexander Chernikov, the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Russia, Riad Haddad and the first secretary of the Embassy of Vietnam in Russia congratulated foreign students.

It was hard to study while adapting to new conditions and learning Russian but they did it and became qualified engineers!
